§1 Preliminary Provisions

2. These Terms and Conditions apply to both consumers and businesses unless stated otherwise.

§2 Definitions

1. Consumer – natural person purchasing not related to professional activity.
2. Seller – Ecoplank P.S.A.
3. Client – any purchasing entity.
4. Business – business entity using the store.

6. Distance Contract – contract concluded without simultaneous physical presence.
7. Order, Account, Forms, Cart, Product, Sales Contract – as described in the regulation.

§5 General Information

1. No liability for force majeure or third-party disruptions.
2. No account required to browse. Order needs personal data.
3. Prices in Euro, include VAT.
4. Total price includes product and delivery cost.

§6 Order Placement Rules

1. Order as Request
   By placing an order through our website, you are submitting a purchase request. This does not constitute a binding contract or payment obligation until the request is reviewed and approved.

2. Manual Review and Approval
   All requests are manually reviewed. We may approve, modify, or decline requests based on stock availability, order quantities, or other business considerations.

3. Modifications Before Approval
   We reserve the right to adjust product quantities, availability, or shipping details before sending a final payment request.

4. Payment Link After Approval
   If your request is approved, you will receive a payment link via email. The order becomes binding only after the payment is completed.

5. Reservation Validity
   Approved requests are valid for a limited time. If payment is not received, the request may be cancelled without notice.

6. No Obligation Until Payment
   Until payment is completed, your request does not constitute a finalized order and we are not obligated to reserve or ship any products.

7. Right to Refuse
   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request at our discretion and without obligation to provide justification.

   You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. If we are unable to reach you, your request may be delayed or cancelled.

9. Force Majeure & Availability
   Product availability may change at any time. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances or supply issues.

3. For multiple products, latest delivery time applies.

§9 Right to Withdraw

1. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days.
2. Refund includes standard delivery costs.
3. Consumer bears return cost.
4. Returns must be within 14 days.
5. Exceptions include custom products, digital goods, services rendered, etc.

§10 Complaints and Warranty

1. Products are new.
2. Complaints via email with defect description and client data.
3. Response within 14 days.
