    Was ist ein Recyclingbrett?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Das Recyclingbrett ist ein Produkt, das vollst\u00e4ndig aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen besteht \u2013 vor allem HDPE, PP, PA und PVC. Keine organischen F\u00fcllstoffe, kein Holzmehl. Das unterscheidet es von dem beliebten WPC-Verbundwerkstoff, bei dem Holz weiterhin Bestandteil des Materials ist und nach wie vor Feuchtigkeit aufnimmt. Das Ecoplank-Brett nimmt kein Wasser auf, quillt nicht auf und reagiert nicht so auf Frost, dass es besch\u00e4digt werden k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Woher stammt der Rohstoff?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Ecoplank arbeitet ausschlie\u00dflich mit Abf\u00e4llen aus dem industriellen Recycling<\/strong> \u2013 kein Siedlungsabfall. Der Rohstoff stammt aus industrieller Produktion, Logistik und Verarbeitung: ausgemusterte Paletten, Schutzfolien, Transportkisten, Maschinenteile. Materialien dieser Art haben eine wiederkehrende chemische Zusammensetzung, sind frei von Verunreinigungen, die typisch f\u00fcr Siedlungsabf\u00e4lle sind, und lassen sich mit hoher Vorhersagbarkeit verarbeiten. Aus diesem Grund haben die fertigen Dielen konstante Parameter, unabh\u00e4ngig von der Produktionscharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Aus \u00f6kologischer Sicht ist das Modell einfach: Kunststoff, der sein erstes Leben beendet hat, landet nicht auf der Deponie, sondern kehrt als Produkt mit einer gesch\u00e4tzten Lebensdauer von 25\u201350 Jahren in den Kreislauf zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Vom Abfall zum Granulat \u2013 die ersten Produktionsschritte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Bevor der Rohstoff in den Extruder gelangt, durchl\u00e4uft er mehrere Vorbereitungsschritte. Zuerst erfolgt Selektion und Sortierung<\/strong> \u2013 die Kunststoffe werden nach Art und Verschmutzungsgrad sortiert. Je homogener das Material, desto besser und berechenbarer das Brett am Ende des Prozesses. Anschlie\u00dfend wird das Material gewaschen und getrocknet<\/strong> , um Reste von \u00d6len, Schmutz und Chemikalien zu entfernen, die die Produktstruktur st\u00f6ren k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Der n\u00e4chste Schritt ist die Granulierung<\/strong> \u2013 Zerkleinerung des Materials zu kleinen, homogenen Granulaten. Dies ist eine Zwischenform, die sich leicht lagern, mischen und pr\u00e4zise in Maschinen dosieren l\u00e4sst. In dieser Phase k\u00f6nnen dem Granulat auch UV-Stabilisatoren und Antioxidantien zugesetzt werden, die das fertige Brett sp\u00e4ter vor dem Abbau in der Sonne sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Extrusion \u2013 wie das Brettprofil entsteht<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Extrusion ist ein Prozess, bei dem plastifiziertes Material durch einen Formkopf gepresst wird und einen festen Querschnitt annimmt \u2013 ein geriffeltes, rechteckiges oder Nut-und-Feder-Profil. Nach dem Verlassen des Kopfes wird die Planke gek\u00fchlt und auf die vorgegebenen Ma\u00dfe kalibriert und anschlie\u00dfend auf bestimmte L\u00e4ngen zugeschnitten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Die Temperaturregelung ist bei diesem Prozess von entscheidender Bedeutung: Ein zu niedriger Wert verhindert eine ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Plastifizierung, w\u00e4hrend ein zu hoher Wert zum Abbau des Polymers f\u00fchrt. Ecoplank setzt auf pr\u00e4zise Extrusion mit kontrolliertem Profil, was eine chargenunabh\u00e4ngige Ma\u00dfhaltigkeit gew\u00e4hrleistet \u2013 wichtig bei der Materialbestellung f\u00fcr mehrere Phasen oder bei der Erg\u00e4nzung einer fr\u00fcheren Bestellung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Das Profil wirkt sich direkt auf die Nutzung aus: geriffeltes Brett<\/a> bietet besseren Halt bei N\u00e4sse, Nut-und-Feder-Brett<\/a> sorgt f\u00fcr eine dichte Verbindung, und rechteckiges Brett<\/a> ist vielseitig einsetzbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle und fertiges Produkt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Jede Charge wird auf drei Ebenen gepr\u00fcft: dimensional (L\u00e4nge, Breite, Dicke, Geradlinigkeit), mechanisch (Belastbarkeit und Durchbiegung) und visuell (Oberfl\u00e4chen- und Farbhomogenit\u00e4t). Dielen, die die Normen nicht erf\u00fcllen, werden nicht in den Verkauf gebracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Eine Sache, die es zu beachten gilt: Die Farbe der Dielen kann sich nach der Montage leicht ver\u00e4ndern und stabilisiert sich durch die UV-Einstrahlung in den ersten Wochen der Nutzung. Dies ist eine normale Eigenschaft des Recyclats, kein Mangel. Nach dieser Zeit beh\u00e4lt das Material \u00fcber Jahre hinweg sein Aussehen und seine Eigenschaften ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Pflege bei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
